We will mix dough and hand press out the crust and help you understand what makes it so special. You also get to do your own cheese pull, like they do at the restaurant. Plus You get to take your pan home with you also

What To Expect: Hands On Class
All classes are 18 years old and over unless otherwise specified.
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
Work others to prepare each dish from start to finish
Classes are roughly 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, that we can work around we will PLEASE add any info we may need to know about in your order notes or call us at 630-395-9958 at least 1 day in advance.
We can not make any substitutions the day of class. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation Policy: Class tickets are non-refundable. Submit a cancellation request at least 72 hours before the scheduled class start to receive credit toward a future class. No credit is issued for requests received less than 72 hours before class. You may allow someone else to attend: submit an attendee-name change in My NAPCA so staff can update the roster. Timing uses the original request submission time.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
If registration is not above 4 attendees we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours
