This 5-day Pizzaiolo Certification Course follows the guidelines and curriculum of the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli in Italy. Students receive theory and practical hands-on learning each day.

Topics include the history of Italian pizza, dough chemistry, dough stretching, traditional ingredients, baking techniques, and training on ovens and mixers. Students receive focused training on traditional and American pizza equipment.
